Home Give-away Rules


  1. Must be 18 years of age to win a home.
  2. A person or company can win multiple homes.
  3. The winner of each home must pay any income taxes due to sell of real estate that may be required. Please consult a qualified C.P.A for any questions.
  4. Any home that is given a way will be free and clear of any and all liens.
  5. A home will be given away for every 1,500 tickets sold.
  6. Winner need not be present to win.
  7. Winner has 60 days to claim ownership.
  8. Winner has the option of accepting a cash offer.
  9. All homes are in "As Is Condition".
  10. Some of the homes are occupied with paying renters and all leases and deposits will be transferred to new owner.
  11. A home will be identified before a ticket is drawn and that ticket will represent that home.
  12. A total of 40 homes will be given away as follows 1 every time the 1500th ticket is sold. Please see example: 1500 tickets sold draw for 1st house, 3000th ticket sold draw another ticket for 2nd house, 4500 tickets sold draw another ticket for 3rd house and this process continues until we have given a way 40 homes.
  13. Prizes will not be awarded, and will be forfeited, if the ticket was issued in exchange for a check returned for "insufficient funds", closed account or for a credit card charge deemed "declined", "invalid", or "stolen".
  14. The IRS has adopted the position that the $100 ticket price is not deductible as a charitable donation for Federal income tax purposes.
  15. All sales of the raffle tickets are final and there will be no refunds.
  16. Wag or HHP Scholarship Fund does not rent or sell its donor list information to third parties.
  17. Acceptance of a prize is permission for Wag and HHP to use the name, picture, video image, and relevant quotes of winner and agreement that the prize will not be used for the further fundraising.
  18. Purchase of a ticket constitutes full agreement by the purchaser that he/she agrees with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
  19. Employees of Info Inc and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  20. "Immediate Family" is defined as the spouse, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, brothers, sisters children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.
  21. Winner reserves the right to transfer title but must pay any associated fees.
  22. Void where prohibited by law.
