His laughter, sense of humor, and God-given ability to find positives in every negative can brighten even the darkest of days. He leads a powerful, well-respected men's fellowship that empowers men to know their position in Christ and become leaders in their surrounding world
His commitment to be used by GOD to rightly interpret the words of truth has led to thousands recieving Jesus as Lord of their lives. He is also used by GOD to bring joy and encouragement to believers.

Prior to his current commitment as full-time pastor, Dr. Rush taught Theater Arts at Skyline High School for 17 years. Pastor Rush's heart is giving, and he is at his best when he is giving to those who are in need, offering them what Jesus offered: a message of hope and conmfort. With the publication of his book, "May I have Your Order, Please?" in January, 2005, he is reaching the masses through yet another form of media. Interest in his book has reached local, national, and international audiences with his appearances on WFAA-TV, KPXD-TV, KDFW-TV, and TBN. He used his earnings from pre-sale orders of his book to say "Thank You" to the community for its support of him and his ministry. Through collaborations with Williams CHicken and McDonalds, He sponsored food giveaways during September and October of 2004. The response to his generosity was overwhelmingly successful.
His gift as a public speaker has earned him numerous local and national awards and international recognition. His genuine care for humanity rings out as he speaks to adults and youth in all walks of life with a message of hope and encouragement. His walk as a man of GOD keeps him humble and always seeking GOD for the wisdom and knowledge that guides his every move.
